- 1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets, about 1-inch thick
- 1 pound asparagus, tough ends trimmed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4–5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon fillets on one side of the prepared baking sheet. Arrange the asparagus spears on the other side.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Pour half of the garlic butter mixture over the salmon fillets and the remaining half over the asparagus.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, and the asparagus is tender-crisp.
- Serve immediately.
