Description

Simple garlic butter corn recipe.


Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Alternatively, you can boil or roast the corn.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over each ear of corn.
  4. Place the corn on the preheated grill. Grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kernels are tender and slightly charred.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of paprika or chili powder to the garlic butter.
  • If grilling is not an option, you can boil the corn for 5-7 minutes or roast it in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes.
