- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Alternatively, you can boil or roast the corn.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over each ear of corn.
- Place the corn on the preheated grill. Grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kernels are tender and slightly charred.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of paprika or chili powder to the garlic butter.
- If grilling is not an option, you can boil the corn for 5-7 minutes or roast it in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes.
- Fresh corn works best for this recipe.
