Description

Soft and fluffy bread rolls brushed with garlic butter for a flavorful twist.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 3 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
  2. Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Knead until smooth.
  3. Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  4. Divide dough into 12 equal parts and shape into rolls.
  5. Place rolls on a baking sheet and let rise for 30 minutes.
  6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  7. Mix minced garlic, parsley, and melted butter. Brush over warm rolls.
