A quick and flavorful chicken dish perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, sauté onion and bell pepper until soft.
  6. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  7. Pour in chicken broth and stir in thyme.
  8. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes.
