Ingredients

  • 4 large sweet onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Layer half of the sliced onions in a greased baking dish.
  3. Dot with half of the butter pieces.
