- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add onion and garlic. Cook until softened.
- Stir in taco seasoning, cumin, and chili powder.
- Add black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beef broth.
- Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, or avocado.
