- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 cups pasta
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and stir well.
- Add cooked pasta to the pan and mix with chicken.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Stir until cheese melts.
- Serve hot.
