- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, sliced
- 6 pepperoncini peppers
- 1/4 cup pepperoncini juice
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
- Sprinkle ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the chicken.
- Add butter slices, pepperoncini peppers, and pepperoncini juice.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks before serving.
Notes
- Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or in sandwiches.
- Adjust the number of pepperoncini peppers for more or less spice.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
