Description

A simple and flavorful chicken dish with a tangy, slightly spicy kick.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, sliced
  • 6 pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/4 cup pepperoncini juice

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the chicken.
  3. Add butter slices, pepperoncini peppers, and pepperoncini juice.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Shred the chicken with two forks before serving.

Notes

  • Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or in sandwiches.
  • Adjust the number of pepperoncini peppers for more or less spice.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
