- 2 cups fresh bean sprouts
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Rinse the bean sprouts and drain well.
- Bring a pot of water to boil, add the bean sprouts, and blanch for 1 minute.
- Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, and salt.
- Add the bean sprouts and green onion, tossing to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
