Ingredients

- 2 medium cucumbers, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls (ciliegine)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and slice the cucumbers and halve the cherry tomatoes.
- Drain the mozzarella balls if packed in water.
- In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes before serving.

- Use firm cucumbers for the best texture.
- Balsamic glaze can be substituted with a splash of balsamic vinegar.
