Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 head butter lettuce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 cup water chestnuts, chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add ground chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Mix in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil.
- Stir in water chestnuts and green onions, cook for 2 more minutes.
- Spoon mixture into washed lettuce leaves.
- Serve immediately.

- Adjust soy sauce for salt preference.
