Easy slow cooker teriyaki chicken with sweet and savory flavors.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.
- Pour sauce over chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Remove chicken and shred.
- Mix cornstarch and water, then stir into the sauce.
- Return chicken to crockpot and cook for 15 more minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Use low-sodium teriyaki sauce if preferred.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
