- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour mixture over chicken.
- Add chicken broth and olive oil.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Shred chicken and mix with the sauce before serving.
Notes
- Serve over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
- Add spinach for extra greens.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
