Description

A creamy and hearty chicken corn chowder made easily in your crockpot.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn kernels, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in the crockpot.
  2. Stir well to mix.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  4. Stir before serving.

Notes

  • Use leftover or rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Add more broth if you prefer a thinner consistency.
  • Top with shredded cheese or chopped green onions if desired.
