Description

A hearty and comforting dish featuring tender potatoes, savory kielbasa, and melted cheese, all cooked to perfection in a crockpot.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Grease the crockpot lightly.
  2. Layer potatoes, kielbasa, and onion in the crockpot.
  3. In a bowl, mix sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture over the potatoes and kielbasa.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Stir in shredded cheese 30 minutes before serving.
