- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Grease the crockpot lightly.
- Layer potatoes, kielbasa, and onion in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the potatoes and kielbasa.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir in shredded cheese 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
