Description

A creamy, flavorful chicken dish made in a crock pot, perfect for a cozy dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.
  2. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, chicken broth, sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan, garlic, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
