- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, chicken broth, sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan, garlic, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
