Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and half the ranch seasoning.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
  3. Remove chicken from skillet. Add chicken broth, heavy cream, and remaining ranch seasoning to the skillet.
  4. Bring sauce to a simmer. Return chicken to skillet and cook until sauce thickens and chicken reaches 165°F internally.
  5. Serve hot with mashed potatoes or rice.
