- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and half the ranch seasoning.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from skillet. Add chicken broth, heavy cream, and remaining ranch seasoning to the skillet.
- Bring sauce to a simmer. Return chicken to skillet and cook until sauce thickens and chicken reaches 165°F internally.
- Serve hot with mashed potatoes or rice.
