- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits.
- Stir in heavy cream, thyme, and Parmesan cheese.
- Bring sauce to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to skillet and spoon sauce over it.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until chicken is fully done.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
