Description

Creamy garlic chicken breasts are a delicious and easy-to-make dish with tender chicken in a rich garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits.
  6. Stir in heavy cream, thyme, and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bring sauce to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened.
  8. Return chicken to skillet and spoon sauce over it.
  9. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until chicken is fully done.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

  • Adjust cream thickness by adding more broth if needed.
