Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat butter or oil in a large pot over medium heat.

  4. Pour in broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

  7. Add cream, salt, pepper, and thyme. Simmer for 5 more minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
