Ingredients

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add cauliflower and broth, bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until cauliflower is tender.

- Season with salt and pepper.
