Description

A flavorful dip inspired by classic bruschetta, perfect for parties or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Spread cream cheese in a baking dish.
  4. Top with tomato mixture.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
