- 2 cups corn kernels
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix corn, cream cheese, melted butter, sugar, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is golden brown.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use fresh, frozen, or canned corn.
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
