Description

A comforting bowl of white lasagna soup with creamy flavors.


Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 9 lasagna noodles, broken
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried basil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, cook until soft.
  3. Brown ground chicken.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream.
  5. Add broken lasagna noodles.
  6. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  7. Stir in ricotta and mozzarella.
  8. Season with salt, pepper, and basil.
  9. Cook for 5 more minutes.
  10. Serve hot.
