- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut for rolling
Instructions
- Add almonds, 1/2 cup shredded coconut, coconut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt to a food processor.
- Process until the mixture forms a sticky dough. Scrape down the sides as needed.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls.
- Place the remaining 2 tablespoons of shredded coconut in a shallow dish.
- Roll each ball in the shredded coconut to coat.
- Store the bliss balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, toast the almonds lightly before processing.
- If the mixture is too dry, add a tiny bit more maple syrup or coconut butter.
- If the mixture is too sticky, add a little more shredded coconut or almond flour.
