These no-bake coconut almond bliss balls are a quick and healthy snack, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings. They are easy to make with minimal ingredients.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup coconut butter softened
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract alcohol-free
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut for rolling

Instructions

  1. Add almonds, 1/2 cup shredded coconut, coconut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt to a food processor.
  2. Process until the mixture forms a sticky dough. Scrape down the sides as needed.
  3. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls.
  4. Place the remaining 2 tablespoons of shredded coconut in a shallow dish.
  5. Roll each ball in the shredded coconut to coat.
  6. Store the bliss balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, toast the almonds lightly before processing.
  • If the mixture is too dry, add a tiny bit more maple syrup or coconut butter.
  • If the mixture is too sticky, add a little more shredded coconut or almond flour.
  • These balls can be frozen for up to 1 month. Thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
