Ingredients

- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine peas, red onion, cheddar cheese, and bacon.
- In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over pea mixture and gently stir to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
