- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 package (16 oz) potato gnocchi
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the chicken breasts in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Remove and shred.
- In the same skillet, cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.
- Reduce heat to low and add the shredded chicken back to the skillet.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Mix until creamy and combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve immediately.

- You can use rotisserie chicken for a quicker option.
