Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 package (16 oz) potato gnocchi
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken breasts in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Remove and shred.
  2. In the same skillet, cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.
  3. Reduce heat to low and add the shredded chicken back to the skillet.
  4. Stir in the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Mix until creamy and combined.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve immediately.
