Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add warm milk and melted butter. Knead into a dough.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough and cut into small squares.
- Place cheese between dough squares and stack them in a baking pan.
- Let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Brush with egg wash and bake at 375°F for 25 minutes.
- Serve warm.
