Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and edges are crispy.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and honey.
- Toss to coat evenly and roast for another 5 minutes.
- Serve warm.
