  3. Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and edges are crispy.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and honey.
  6. Toss to coat evenly and roast for another 5 minutes.
  7. Serve warm.
