- 1 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
Instructions
- Press tofu to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add tofu and cook until golden brown.
- Toss cooked tofu in buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
- Layer lettuce, celery, carrots, and buffalo tofu on each tortilla.
- Drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly.
- Cut in half and serve immediately.
