Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the finely chopped broccoli, grated cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small, tot-shaped cylinders.
- Place the broccoli tots on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Alternatively, you can pan-fry them in olive oil over medium heat until golden brown on all sides.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

- You can use frozen broccoli, just make sure to thaw it and squeeze out any excess water before chopping.
