Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 slices Havarti cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked broccoli florets, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  2. Spread butter evenly on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in the hot skillet.
  4. Layer one slice of Havarti cheese on the bread.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped broccoli florets over the cheese.
  6. Add the second slice of Havarti cheese.
  7. Place the remaining slice of bread, butter-side up, on top.
