- 2 slices Havarti cheese

Instructions
- Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Spread butter evenly on one side of each bread slice.
- Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in the hot skillet.
- Layer one slice of Havarti cheese on the bread.
- Sprinkle the chopped broccoli florets over the cheese.
- Add the second slice of Havarti cheese.
- Place the remaining slice of bread, butter-side up, on top.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from skillet, slice in half if desired, and serve immediately.
