- 4 cups broccoli florets, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Steam or boil broccoli until tender, then drain.
- In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Combine the cooked broccoli and shredded cheese with the soup mixture.
- Pour into a greased baking dish.
- Top with breadcrumbs mixed with melted butter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen broccoli.
- Substitute cream of chicken soup if preferred.
- Add cooked chicken for a heartier dish.
