Description

A creamy and cheesy broccoli casserole that’s easy to make and perfect for a comforting side dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Steam or boil broccoli until tender, then drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  4. Combine the cooked broccoli and shredded cheese with the soup mixture.
  5. Pour into a greased baking dish.
  6. Top with breadcrumbs mixed with melted butter.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
