Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup dry white grape juice or chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Crusty bread or pasta for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
  2. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. Season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter on the griddle. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
  4. Add the shrimp to the griddle in a single layer. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
  5. Pour in the white grape juice or chicken broth and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and cook for 1 minute, allowing the liquid to reduce slightly.
  6. Stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and the chopped fresh parsley. Toss to coat the shrimp.
  7. Serve immediately with crusty bread or over pasta.
