Instructions

- In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, honey, black pepper, and salt. Toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender-crisp and slightly caramelized, stirring halfway through.
- Serve immediately.

- For extra crispiness, roast for an additional 5 minutes.
- Adjust honey and black pepper to your taste.
