Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 can (14 oz) whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Combine cranberry sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan.
- Simmer for 5 minutes until smooth.
- Toss cooked meatballs in the glaze.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add 1/4 tsp garlic powder to the meat mixture.
- You can use ground turkey instead of beef.
