Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, red onion, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, and bacon bits (if using).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss well to coat.
