Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for extra crunch)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillet dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, parsley, dill, oregano, salt, and pepper. If using, stir in the breadcrumbs.
