  • 1 can (15 oz) butter beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Place the cod fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the seasoned olive oil mixture over the cod.
