Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups carrots, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Toss broccoli and carrots with olive oil and black pepper.
- Spread vegetables on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until tender.
- Drizzle with the sauce and sprinkle sesame seeds.
- Serve hot.

- Adjust honey for preferred sweetness.
