Description

These Apple Cinnamon Oat Balls are a healthy, no-bake snack perfect for a quick energy boost. They are easy to make and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts or pecans

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, unsweetened applesauce, almond butter, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and a sticky dough forms.
  3. If using, stir in the chopped walnuts or pecans.
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  5. Place the oat balls on a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy.

Notes

  • Store leftover oat balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
