- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine almond butter and maple syrup.
- Stir in coconut flour, shredded coconut, and protein powder until well combined.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips and chopped almonds.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Place the balls on a parchment-lined plate or baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
- You can use any nut butter you prefer.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
- If the mixture is too sticky, add a little more coconut flour.
- If the mixture is too dry, add a little more almond butter or a splash of milk.
