Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine almond butter and maple syrup.
  2. Stir in coconut flour, shredded coconut, and protein powder until well combined.
  3. Fold in mini chocolate chips and chopped almonds.
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  5. Place the balls on a parchment-lined plate or baking sheet.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
